Learning Supports include a wide range of strategies, programs, services, and practices that are implemented to create conditions and environments that promote pre-kindergarten to 12th grade student learning.

Learning supports promote healthy development for all students and address barriers to learning that students may encounter.

The Excel spread sheets for the tools above have the state of Iowa Youth Survey data, as well as the AEA 10 data already entered.

School district personnel may enter the relevant data from their 1999, 2002, and 2005 Iowa Youth Survey District Reports in the table in the middle of each spreadsheet, between the state data and the AEA 10 data.  When the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheets are clicked, bar graphs are created so that one can see at a glance how the responses of their students compare to the responses of students across the state and across AEA 10.
