Vast Center Toolkits

VAST teacher toolkits are written by classroom teachers who have experience with the science units. The purpose of these toolkits is to provide electronic summaries of student activities, connections to Standards, teacher suggestions, related resources, literacy links, and media connections. The commercially-made teacher guides that accompany the teaching materials from the VAST Center provide the specific, in-depth information necessary for teaching the unit in its entirety.
