The Grant Wood AEA Blended and Personalized Learning Continuum is a framework to help teachers move from a traditional classroom, to a blended classroom, and then to the ultimate goal of a fully personalized learning environment. Our continuum includes the 5 key components that we believe are necessary to make this transition successful.
