Enjoy this opportunity to reflect on ways to enhance math teaching and learning and increase your repertoire of teaching and coaching skills. Whether you are a math expert or someone who may feel as though you are learning math as you are working with teachers in your building. This workshop will help you identify instructional strategies that lead to deep understanding of math skills and concepts; explore ideas for leading math learning; analyze student work samples to identify strengths, need and instructional steps; and support school-wide math programming.

Susan O’Connell is the lead author of "Math in Practice," a new grade-by-grade K-5 professional learning resource. She is also coauthor of the bestselling "Putting the Practices Into Action," "Mastering the Basic Math Facts in Addition and Subtraction," and "Mastering the Basic Math Facts in Multiplication and Division."
