This session provides an in-depth look at what we know about the importance of creating “neural pathways” in the brain, and how that translates into practical classroom application in beginning reading instruction. In this informative, practical, hands-on session, we will explore findings from brain imaging studies that are providing new insights into beginning reading instruction and how research translates into best practices in the classroom.
