The Literacy Symposium is designed to provide area educators with an opportunity to hear from national literacy experts whose research focuses on effective practices that support early readers, struggling readings, writing, and the integration of literacy instruction across content areas. The symposium will engage participants in learning that supports the implementation of research-based effective practices that lead to a strong core literacy program.
