What gets talked about in an organization and how it gets talked about determines what will happen... or won’t happen. Consequently, the work begins by putting into place a foundation: four conversation models that become “workhorses” for individuals and organizations.
Engage teams in frictionless debates that interrogate multiple, often competing realities, resulting in the best decisions for the organization, enthusiastically implemented.
Engage individuals in conversations that increase clarity, improve understanding and provide impetus for change - resulting in professional development, a bias for action, and accelerated results.
Clarify responsibilities and raise accountability, ensuring that each employee has a clear path of development, action plans are implemented, goals are achieved, and leaders are free to take on more complex responsibilities that confront and resolve attitudinal, performance, or behavioral issues, while also enriching relationships.

With the focus on these four conversations, participants will be supported in their implementation through a professional learning community providing coaching and feedback. Fierce conversations enhance educators’ capacity to serve as effective agents for strategic success, structuring the basis for high levels of alignment, collaboration, and partnership at all levels within the school.
