Fierce conversations enhance educators’ capacity to serve as effective agents for strategic success, structuring the basis for high levels of alignment, collaboration and partnership at all levels. This course provides the following foundational conversations that are used to help organizations and teams work together effectively to accomplish goals. This course is approved for Iowa Evaluator Fierce ConversationsApproval.

TEAM CONVERSATIONS - Engaging teams in frictionless debates that interrogate multiple, often competing realities, resulting in the best decisions for the organization.
COACHING CONVERSATIONS - Engaging individuals in conversations that increase clarity, improve understanding and provide impetus for change. This results in professional learning, a bias for action and accelerated results.
DELEGATION CONVERSATIONS - Clarifying responsibilities and raising accountability. This ensures that each employee has a clear path of development, action plans are implemented, goals are achieved. Leaders are then free to take on more complex responsibilities that confront and resolve attitudinal, performance or behavioral issues while also enriching relationships.
CONFRONTATION CONVERSATIONS - Engaging individuals and teams in conversations that confront and resolve attitudinal, performance or behavioral issues, while also enriching relationships.
