Don't let the COVID-19 closures stop your family from experiencing the benefits of physical activity. Iowa's Healthiest State website shares 10 creative and fun resources to help your family keep moving while spending time at home. A few of their resources include Hy-Vee Kids Fit, Cosmic Yoga, building an indoor obstacle course, and make your own activity dice.
