Celebrate Iowa History Month in March by booking a State Historical Society of Iowa Goldie’s History Kit for your elementary classroom Kits are available on a variety of Iowa history topics for grades K-5 and are aligned with Iowa social studies and
literacy standards. Kits include educator and student materials, history mystery object photos and videos, “think like…” cards, and primary sources.
All kit materials are available for FREE on the SHSI website, (with the exception of the trade books), many are now available as ebooks. They can be found by navigating to “Groups” in MackinVIA which is available through OneClick.
