Under the Transparency in Coverage Rule (TCR), health plan insurers are required to post Machine Readable Files. Please note, machine readable files are not readily interpretable by consumers. Health plan members are encouraged to use the more member friendly Find Costs tool available through myWellmark.com. The tool can help you find providers and determine how much a visit will cost you before you receive services. The machine readable files do not provide information on a member's out-of-pocket charges.

Dental Insurance

Grant Wood Area Education Agency employees are offered Delta Dental insurance. The website www.deltadentalia.com provides many services. Employees can view benefits information and claims history, search for providers, order ID cards and download claim forms from the website.
