Thinking Collaborative’s Adaptive Schools explores what makes teams effective. During this four-day experience participants will build their skills as group members and facilitators. Educators of all experience levels use Adaptive Schools to explore how to behave in and facilitate groups for improved leading, teaching, and learning.
Participants will dig into practical facilitation tools, ways to value conflict, and strategies for keeping group members on track, energized, and resourceful. Research, modeling, and practice will support participants in increasing their capacity to sustain high functioning groups of any size.
