What is the impact of your Universal Tier? How do you know? In this course, counseling teams will review the standards (use of the new Mindsets and Behavior Standards from ASCA) and competencies relevant to the work of the School Counselor and District School Counseling program; including the social emotional, career and academic areas of a school counseling program and creating/refining the priority areas of your universal tier. Teams will also use data to understand their current state and apply the continuous improvement process to develop an action plan to identify next steps that resolve priority program barriers and utilize program strengths.
Participants are encouraged to attend as a district school counseling team and include an administrator (for example - principal, curriculum director, administrative contact) as part of your team.
